Q1. Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. Prior reservation is required. Since there are certain preparations, booking 2 days in advance is highly recommended.

Q2. What should I dress?

Q3. What Should I bring?

We recommend you to bring a towel and a spare set of clothes to change in case you get wet. On a sunny day, please also bring your cap or hat.

Q4. Do you have a shower facility?

Yes. You can use it after the tour. Towel is not provided so please bring your own towel.

Q5. I will head to the airport after the tour, can I leave my luggage in your office?

Yes. No problem!

Q6. How fit should I need to be?

It is better that you have an experience of paddling on the water before. As you are not just a passenger but you are required to paddle your own kayak, you must be reasonably fit. And you must also be able to swim.

Q7. Is there any age limit?

The minimum age for the tour is 9 years old. A parent must accompany a child under 15 years old.

Q8. Do you run tours all year round?

We don’t run tour in the mid summer when the water condition of the canal is not suitable for the tour. The tour is available basically on weekend only.

Q9. What kind of kayaks do you use?

We have sea kayaks for both single and tandem. If you have special request which kayak to take, please let us know in advance.

Q10. In case of rain, how do you decide whether or not to run the tour? How can you inform me?

The tour will be cancelled if the previous day’s weather forcast says the chance of rain is more than 60%. We will inform you to your contact by email if you don’t have an internet access, we will call to your mobile phone or the hotel you are staying.

Q11. How and who should I contact if I need to cancel the tour?

Some people might be waiting at the waiting list, so please give us e-mail in advance. if you cancel the tour on the day, please call to 4590-2995.
